CREDIT TERMS
Net 30 days for customers with previously established open account status with Beacon Fasteners and Components, Inc.
C.O.D.'s are accepted if an open account is not established.
New customers can request an open account by faxing three (3) trade credit references and one (1) bank reference to the attention of our Credit Manager at 847-541-1789.
Beacon Fasteners and Components, Inc. reserves the right to approve or deny credit terms to any customer.
SAMPLES
Requests for samples must be faxed or emailed with your UPS Collect number on it. Depending on the quantity requested, there may be a charge for the samples. In most cases, sample requests will be sent on the same day... free of charge.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Minimum order amount is $50.00.
We require all orders to be confirmed by fax or e-mail.
All shipments are F.O.B. our shipping location.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Beacon Fasteners and Components, Inc. will not accept responsibility for any shipment made in error unless that order was confirmed by fax or e-mail prior to the date of shipment.
RETURN POLICY
Return of product(s) from the catalog will not be accepted without prior authorization from Beacon Fasteners and Components, Inc.
Return of product(s) will only be considered in the first ninety (90) days after shipment, must be unaltered and in the original Beacon Fastener cartons.
A restocking charge of 20% or $25.00 minimum may be applicable.
